Pauline Parigot (born March 22, 1992, in Rennes) is a French actress. Trained at the ERACM drama school, she began her film career in the early 2010s, starring as the lead in Bénédicte Pagnot's film Les Lendemains (2013). In cinema, she subsequently appeared in feature films such as Baby Balloon (2013), Martin Provost's The Midwife (Sage Femme, 2017), and Sylvain Labrosse's Brothers in Arms (Frères d'arme, 2021). On television, her credits include several series such as The Returned (Les Revenants, 2015), Romance (2020), Sentinelles (2021), and Sambre (2023). She also performs regularly on stage in theatre.
